Brick street restoration project

Holton’s summer street crew, led by Street Superintendent Rex Cameron (at far left), began pouring concrete curbs for the brick street restoration project in the 600 block of Wisconsin Avenue this morning with some help from a curb-pouring machine and a concrete crew from Concrete Supply of Holton. “We should have gotten started on this at the first of May,” said Cameron, who added that his crew was “a month behind” on the brick street project because of heavy rains in recent days.
